Experience
I have always considered teaching one of my passions and I am continuously trying to find new and innovative ways to engage a student in learning a new or challenging subject. I have trained as a mathematics teacher during my university studies and I have successfully tutored children ages 12 to 15, with difficulties or even failing math. I helped them find pleasure in learning and problem solving and motivated them to work harder, not only for better results in school, but for their own personal growth. I also earned a Dalf degree (Diplome d'Apprentissage de la Langue Française), level C1 and studied for two years in Paris. My good grammar skills are only matched by my passion for the French culture and vocabulary and I want to inspire others to explore the musicality and beauty of this foreign language, in a pleasant, relaxed but effective manner.
