I am a freelance writer as well and am currently writing a book that explores how recent scientific advancements support many of the notions promoted by Eastern Philosophy for thousands of years. I am a very active person as well. I practice yoga, hike, bike, and swim. I'm very active in the art culture of LA and am a program director and ambassador of the non-profit the I.AM.LIFE Cross-Cultural Exchange Program, which focuses on the visionary art and culture of indigenous wisdom. I am also a facilitator of the Generation Waking-Up Leadership program.
