I graduated from the University of California in Santa Barbara, where I earned my bachelor's degree in linguistics, with a particular focus on Spanish. I have had the opportunity to tutor students in a large variety of subjects, and I also had the chance to teach English to students in China. I am available to tutor in any math subject, from elementary math through advanced and college math subjects, and all levels of Spanish. I can also tutor in language arts classes. I enjoy guiding a student to the point that they get the knowledge (and grades) that they desire, and even go beyond what they initially wanted out of themselves. I am certain that every student is able to be whoever they want to once they grow up. The first thing I do when tutoring a child is discover the learning style they benefit from the most, and using that to adjust my methods of teaching. All in all, I take great pride in assisting others in reaching their fullest potential. When I'm not teaching or tutoring, I like hiking, traveling, gaming, exercising, horseback riding, and gazing into the night sky. I also admit that I enjoy researching various subjects on my own.
