I graduated from Santa Clara University in June of 2010 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology, and a minor in Spanish Studies. I maintained a 3.8 GPA. I received my Master's degree in Elementary Education from Arizona State University in 2012. I graduated with a 4.0 GPA. I have my Arizona teaching certificate. I am qualified to teach English Language Learners.
Experience
In terms of teaching, I am the most effective when I am working with small groups of students, or one-on-one. I know how to customize lesson plans to meet the needs of each individual student. I can quickly adapt while working with the student. I have had a tremendous amount of experience working with children with learning disabilities, and those who are far behind in school. Watching my students succeed is one of the most rewarding things in my life. I took all AP courses in high school, and I attended a rigorous university. I have tutored people outside of The United States, and I have a significant amount of cross cultural experience. I believe education is the pathway to success, and with my help, students can achieve their goals!

I am a results-driven determined person who loves to stay busy. I can easily relate to others, and I am quick to build lasting personal and business relationships. I am very physically active, and I am an avid yogini. Being outdoors is something I thoroughly enjoy, and I try to take advantage of it whenever possible. I grew up as a competitive Hunter/Jumper horseback rider. When I set my mind to something, I will achieve it without hesitation. Helping others is one of the most important components in my life.
