I am currently a second year medical student at the University of Southern California's Keck School of Medicine. I double majored in chemistry and biology as an undergraduate and tutored all levels of biology and chemistry. I am also an officer in the United States Navy, currently on reserve status while in school. - Using my experiences in medicine and the military I help inspire students to get excited about the topics they are studying by giving real world examples. - I believe that a few hours a week of one on one attention and positive reinforcement can make a huge difference in how you perform in school. - Motivating others to do their best and be proud of their achievements is a big part of who I am. - I am passionate about scientific topics and my goal is to pass that on to my students.
