I love teaching and learning about mathematics, so much so, that I earned my Bachelor of Mathematics from CUNY Hunter College. In addition to my Bachelor degree, I also have experience working as a teacher's assistant. While I was a teacher's assistant, I conducted weekly reviews, discussing the most challenging lecture material. I hope to share my enthusiasm with you or your child and help you succeed in the classroom. Being a great tutor means being patient and being able to translate complicated concepts into easy steps. I am capable of doing this and also making the information fun to learn. I believe in understanding material, not just memorizing it, so I work with students to help them understand tough concepts. I strive to build my pupils confidence and interest in the information at hand. When I am not tutoring, you can find me reading, cooking, and traveling. I am looking forward to helping as many students as possible grasp a firm understanding of subjects they once struggled with.
